Cancellation Policy:

*A non-refundable deposit of $50 that acts as a retainer fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total fee. The card that was provided on file will be charged within 24hrs of appointment. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.

-Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit/retainer fee but will not be charged the remaining balance.

-Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee.

We understand that unexplored circumstances arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes so we can best support you.
